4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on win21 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). win21 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made using unverified or third-party payment accounts may be refused and returned.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, and only to accounts registered in the name of the win21 account holder.
• win21 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
• Deposits into win21 are for personal entertainment only. win21 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. Any deposit found to have been funded by a third party may be reversed.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

win21 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the time of each offer. General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money funds in your main balance are used first. Bonus funds become available to play with once real money funds are depleted.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

win21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including providing false registration information or engaging in prohibited activities.
• win21 is required to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement that necessitates account closure, restriction, or fund withholding.
• The account has been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months. win21 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before closing an inactive account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on win21 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall site design — is the exclusive property of win21 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from win21 without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use win21 for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win21 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
